Lodging FAQ

What is the Check-in / Check-out process?
Check-in time for all rooms and suites is 4:00 pm. You can find the reception desk at the front entrance of the main building. You will need to provide identification and a valid credit card.

Check-out time for all rooms and suites is 11:00 am. Please check-out with the Front Desk Staff at the Front Desk. You will need to turn in all keys. They will be able to provide you with a copy of your current guest folio.

We do allow early check-ins and check-outs on requests, availability dependent. We offer the first hour complimentary, any additional hours will incur a $25 fee. All early check-ins and check-outs are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed more than 24 hours in advanced.

Do you offer room service?
Room service is available only during restaurant operating hours and includes the full current menu from our signature restaurant.

What hours is the restaurant open?
Our venue is very seasonal and restaurant hours vary. In addition, we do host many private events throughout the year. When our restaurant is closed to the public, there will be no dining room service available. The restaurant bar will also be closed when the restaurant is closed. If dining is an important part of your stay please look at our online calendar for operating hours.

What other amenities do you offer?

What is your connection to Homewood Mountain Resort?
West Shore Café and Inn is owned and operated by the same company as Homewood Mountain Resort. We do offer lodging packages in the winter that have discounts on lift tickets. Click here for our most current lodging packages. Our staff would also be happy to help with arranging ski lessons, rentals and/or additional lift tickets.
