Official North Lake Tahoe Water Taxi Stop

This summer, the West Shore Café and Inn is again proud to be an official North Lake Tahoe Water Taxi stop.

Dock hopping on the new North Lake Tahoe Water Shuttle will keep you out of traffic, get you on Lake Tahoe and to the West Shore Café and Inn, as well as shopping, bike trails, museums, parks, farmers markets and other recreational activities in minutes.

The vessel - a custom-built Centurion 30-foot boat - carries 12 passengers, the crew and up to 8 bikes. Try a vacation from your car – take public transit or ride your bike to one of our four beautiful docks where the shuttle will pick up and drop off passengers: the West Shore Café, Tahoe City Marina, GarWoods Grill & Pier and the Tahoe Vista Recreation Area.

There will be have TART and Night Rider services available for passengers to combine with the water shuttle experience to avoid parking and traffic hassles.

The program includes a “paperless” reservation program, with reservations made online at NorthLakeTahoeWaterShuttle.com today. Service will begin Memorial Day Weekend and will run through the end of September.
