Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel a reservation:

For all non-holiday reservations: To reserve a non-holiday room we require one night’s room rate as a deposit. A 14 day notice is needed to cancel. The deposit will be forfeited if rooms are cancelled within 14 days of arrival.

Holiday reservations: We require a 50% deposit for holiday periods. 14 day notice is needed to cancel. The deposit will be forfeited if rooms are cancelled within 14 days of arrival.

Other Lodging Policies

Early departures will be charged one night room plus tax.

Rates are based on double occupancy.

All rates and availability are subject to change and cannot be confirmed until you have booked your room.

Our rates are non-commissionable.

Restaurant Policies

$25 dining credits received with the purchase of a Tripl3Threat College Pass, Unfiltered, Slightly Filtered or Filtered Alpine Meadows season pass can only be applied with the purchase of two entrees. This credit is not applicable with any other offer and is good during the winter 2011-12 Homewood ski season only.
