Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel a reservation:

2014/2015 Winter Holiday Deposit and Cancellation Policy: Valid December 19, 2014 through January 3, 2015 and February 13 through February 21, 2014. An advance deposit of two night's stay plus tax is required at the time of booking. If the reservation is made 30 days prior to arrival, or after, the full amount will be required as a deposit at the time of booking. All deposits are non-refundable. Any nights cancelled within 30 days of arrival will forfeit the value equal to the nights cancelled; date changes and early departures within 30 days are considered cancellations.

2014/2015 Winter Deposit and Cancellation Policy: Valid November 24th through December 18, 2014; January 4 through February 12, 2015 and February 23 through April 6, 2015. An advance deposit of one night's stay plus tax is required at the time of booking the reservation. All reservations must be canceled 7 days prior to arrival to receive a full refund. Reservations canceled within 7 days of arrival will result in forfeiture of 1 night deposit. Subsequently, any nights cancelled within 5 days of arrival will forfeit the value equal to the nights cancelled; date changes and early departures within 5 days are considered cancellations.

2015 Summer Deposit and Cancellation Policy: Valid May 8, 2015 through November 22, 2015. An advance deposit of one night's stay plus tax is required at the time of booking. All reservations must be canceled 30 days prior to arrival to receive a full refund. Reservations canceled within 30 days of arrival will result in forfeiture of 1 night deposit. Subsequently, any nights cancelled within 14 days of arrival will forfeit the valueequal to the nights cancelled; date changes and early departures within 14 days are considered cancellations.

2015 Summer Holiday Deposit and Cancellation Policy: Valid June 29 - July 5, 2015; August 6-9, 2015; September 4-6, 2015. An advance deposit of two night's stay plus tax is required at the time of booking. If the reservation is made 30 days prior to arrival, or after, the full amount will be required as a deposit at the time of booking. All deposits are non-refundable. Any nights cancelled within 30 days of arrival will forfeit the value equal to the nights cancelled; date changes and early departures within 30 days are considered cancellations.

We do not give refunds in the event of airline cancellations, inclement weather, natural disasters or illness, nor do we give refunds for early departures. If you cancel according to the policy, the deposit is fully refundable. Room taxes are included in penalties.

Taxes: Rates do not include a 10% room occupancy tax per night and rates are subject to change.

Guarantee and Cancellation Policies: Your room is guaranteed once a deposit is received. To cancel or change your reservation, please contact us at 530-525-5200.

Your Privacy: Please note: For security purposes, you will be asked to provide a valid government or state-issued photo ID at check-in.

Modify and Cancel Information: To view or cancel a reservation, please call 530-525-5200. Any modification to a reservation is subject to the Inn's availability at the time the modification is requested and may change the rate and/or require payment of cancellation fees. Please note that reservations cannot be canceled or modified via email.

Guarantee Rules: For reservations not guaranteed with a form of payment at time of booking, rooms are held until set cancellation time per the rules of the reservation. In the event more guests arrive than can be accommodated due to hotel overbooking or an unforeseen circumstance, and hotel is unable to hold rooms consistent with this room hold policy, hotel will attempt to accommodate guests, at its expense, at a comparable hotel in the area for the oversold night(s), and will pay for transportation to that hotel.

Smoking Policy: All guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking. Please contact the hotel for further information. Guests who are in violation of this policy will be charged a $300 cleaning fee.

Pet Policy: Pets other than service animals are not permitted in any guest rooms and public spaces. All service animals must provide proper identification upon check-in. Please contact the hotel for further information.
